1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Createlinkk service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

Createlinkk provides a platform for users to shorten URLs and obtain tracking data, including clicks, location, device information, and referral sources, associated with those shortened links.

3. User Account and Registration

You must be at least 16 or 18 years old to use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Prohibited Content and Use

You agree NOT to use Createlinkk to create, shorten, or share links that direct to content that is considered illegal, harmful, abusive, or designed to misuse the service. Prohibited content and uses include, but are not limited to:

**Illegal Activities:** Directing to or promoting any content that violates local, national, or international law, including fraud, money laundering, or illegal trade.
**Malware and Phishing:** Distributing viruses, Trojans, worms, corrupted files, or any malicious code, or engaging in phishing, pharming, or other deceptive practices to steal personal data.
**Hate Speech and Harassment:** Promoting content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
**Pornography and Exploitation:** Linking to sexually explicit material, child pornography, or content depicting sexual violence or non-consensual acts.
**Intellectual Property Infringement:** Sharing content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets of any third party.
**Spam and Misuse of Tracking:** Generating unsolicited, excessive, or misleading traffic to artificially inflate click statistics, or using automated bots/tools to interact with the shortened links or your account.
**Traffic Exchange/Forced Clicks:** Participating in "click exchange" programs, offering incentives to click links, or using any method that forces users to click a link unwillingly (e.g., cloaking or deceptive redirects).

Createlinkk reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account and delete associated links found to be linking to prohibited content or engaging in prohibited activities without prior notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these ToS by reference. You agree that Createlinkk may collect and analyze tracking data (clicks, location, device type, etc.) for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

6. Termination

Createlinkk may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the ToS.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these ToS at any time. We will provide 15 days notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
